Dr. Hamza is a seasoned and highly successful business visionary, steeped in medical and healthcare experience via his over 20 years as a medical doctor and a business builder as the founder of several healthcare companies including CloudMD Inc. From 2019 to 2022 at CloudMD, Dr. Hamza led the company through tremendous growth, from a handful of employees and approximately $4M in annual sales in Canada, to hundreds of employees and customers across North America and over $100M in annual sales.
Dr. Kevin Peterson is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Rocket Doctor AI. He is a Professor Emeritus of Family Medicine at the University of Minnesota (UMN) Medical School and Vice President of Primary Care at the American Diabetes Association. Prior to coming to Rocket Doctor AI, Dr. Peterson directed the UMN Center of Excellence in Primary Care and the UMN Research Evaluation and Commercialization Hub, with additional academic appointments in the Institute for Engineering in Medicine and the Institute for Health Informatics.
A fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Peterson has worked extensively with the National Institutes of Health and published hundreds of scientific articles and publications on diabetes, medical engineering, clinical trials, and practice-based research. His work continues to focus on the dissemination and implementation of evidence-based methods to improve health care delivery in community settings. Dr. Peterson serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and leads the medical providers who have built the Global Library of Medicine.
Mr. Atkins brings to the business a successful career with over 30 years’ experience in international sales, partnerships, executive management and M&A, highlighted by multiple multi-million dollar deals working with both major health-tech and software corporations.
Mr. Atkins spent his formative career in software and technology including: networking, managed services, data centers & virtualization, omnichannel contact centers, CRM, enterprise search/ data analytics, cloud-based applications. However, for the past 15 years, he has brought his experience to healthcare, working across the continuum of care, with a focus on clinical decision support. His experience spans innovative international physical and mental health solutions including:- (i) Digital Health – healthbots, symptom checkers, telehealth, Alexa voice and social media solutions (ii) National/Provincial teletriage services (iii) Managed PACS/RIS and LIM services in both public/private sectors (iv) EMR/Billing and HL7/FHIR interoperability.
Mr. Worner is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of GrowthPath Partners, a transactional accounting and advisory firm that services companies going through mergers and acquisitions and public offering events. Prior to founding GrowthPath, Mr. Worner was a Partner at NOW CFO, an outsourced chief financial officer and financial consulting firm. Prior to NOWCFO, Mr. Worner has worked at private-equity backed and public companies. Mr. Worner started his career in public accounting, earning an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans.
Ms. Pladson has provided corporate governance and regulatory compliance services to many TSX Venture and CSE listed companies since 2009. She works closely with the company’s CEO and legal counsel in maintaining corporate records, managing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring the company’s filings with the securities commissions and exchanges are accurately filed and in accordance with their deadlines.

Mr. Cherry has over 20 years of corporate accounting and audit experience. Mr. Cherry has held senior-level positions for various public companies, including Director, chief financial officer, and secretary. Mr. Cherry has been a chartered accountant since February, 2009, and a certified general accountant since 2004. In his former experience as an auditor, he held positions with KPMG LLP and Davidson & Co. LLP in Vancouver, where he gained experience as an auditor for junior public companies and an IPO (initial public offering) specialist.
Mr. Clifford has been the Manager, Corporate Partnerships with Canucks Sports & Entertainment since 2018. Prior to that Mr. Clifford was a Senior Account Manager with the Jim Pattison Group Inc. from 2012 to 2018. Mr. Clifford graduated from the Advertising Media Sales Program at Humber College Institute of Technology in 2004.
Mr. Drew Zimmerman is currently the CEO of Stallion Uranium, a premier uranium exploration company in the Athabasca Basin. Mr. Zimmerman is a Chartered Financial Analyst and was previously a Derivatives Portfolio Manager at a National Brokerage firm in Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from the University of Victoria. In other roles he contributes his experience as a board member for other public companies.
